Phase 1- our new house

Ava and I drove by the new place tonight. They’ve started with the basement and we were both so excited to see it. It will be really fun to show Ava our house as it’s being built. It’s a standard home (duplex actually), but we are thrilled to have something so nice.

I told Ava we would go back every week to see how much the builders have done. She’s very excited now and said that she has no more worries about our new house.

I asked her what she wanted to pretend her closet was and she said a cave- a spooky, dark cave. It might be hard finding decorations for that
